We are happy to let you know we have secured a new venue at the Hilton Garden INN in Bricktown OKC Friday 11/7 4-11 pm will be our Welcome reception with buffet and bar for everyone to greet each other and meet new Kilo brothers/families. Saturday 11/8 4 pm-12 am birthday ball with plated dinner options, guest speakers, ceremony and dancing to follow. 11/9 checkout/farewell. We also have a block of 50 rooms reserved at the Hampton inn and suites next door with a room rate of $110 per night. These properties are adjoined with a corridor and will be seamless in our event. There is an indoor pool, 24hr gym, hot breakfast, lots of restaurants bars and activities within walking distance.

All are welcome to the reception night we hope that you take this chance to make connections with your brothers you may have lost contact with over the years and make new connections with the Marines throughout the generations of Kilo that will be attending. Families are welcome at this event and we encourage them to make connections as well. As I have learned through my travels that our families share in our pain and growth and can use the support of each other as well!
Formal ball night there is a capacity of 120 and this event will be for Marines and their date. We will have a childcare room available during the formal ball 11/8 in a smaller room with supervision and movies games and food and another game room with pool table and tv for any older kids to enjoy.

November 7 at 1800 – Welcome Reception (buffet & bar)
November 8 from 1600–0000 – Birthday Ball (plated dinner, ceremony, dancing)

Wild Salmon — Salmon with thyme butter, wild rice, fresh green beans
Chicken Marsala — Sautéed chicken breast with mushrooms, Marsala-wine sauce, roasted red potatoes, seasonal vegetables
Filet Mignon — 8–10oz filet topped with brandy mushroom cream sauce, roasted red potatoes, zucchini & baby squash
Childcare Option Available — Supervised kids’ room with movies, games & food ($15 first child, $5 each additional sibling).
